Your schedule. Your pace. Your intention.

Benefits of in home yoga.

  • Your schedule.

Making time in your busy schedule can be difficult. Whether you’re working from home or a full-time parent, finding time for yourself can feel impossible. A one hour in studio yoga class can take up to two hours out of your day when you consider drive time, parking, and getting to class early to secure a spot. As a mother and instructor, I know how valuable your time is and aim to make our session as efficient as possible without sacrificing the quality of our practice.

  • Individualized Practice.

Just as no two people are alike, everyones’ goals, intentions and areas of focus are different. By taking an individualized approach to our shared journey, I’m able to tailor a practice specific to each student. This means considering experience, strength, health and individual goals that can’t be accomplished in a studio class with 15+ students. This means I never take a jack-of-all-trades approach to our practice.

  • No Judgement

Many people have reported feeling self-conscious when attending an in-studio yoga class, particularly when you’re first starting out. Perceived body image, experience level, even the clothes you wear can leave you feeling judged. With in-home yoga, your practice focuses on looking inward, without the distractions of outside factors. By working at your own pace and experience level, our goal is to give you the confidence and knowledge to feel comfortable in any setting, large or small.
